Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for a part-time position for our Chums Clinic location. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our community of patients. We are needing coverage for a day shift on Thursdays and Fridays and an occasional Saturday shift.
Applicant must have an upbeat and positive personality, strong customer service skills, accurate typing/data entry skills, professional phone etiquette, able to multitask, and be a great team player. Medical terminology and Insurance knowledge are beneficial, but not required.
