Crystal Lake Clinic is a Privately owned Family Practice that established over 30 years ago providing excellent healthcare to patients in eleven clinic locations covering six Northern Michigan Counties.
We are currently seeking two applicants with upbeat and positive personalities to fill our two full-time Medical Receptionist position for our Traverse City Clinic location.
Qualifications Preferred:
-Great customer service skills
-Organizational skills with great attention to detail
-Accurate typing skills
-Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
-Ability to work well with a team
-Professional phone etiquette
-Ability to multitask
Past Medical office experience, Medical terminology and and Medical Insurance knowledge are beneficial, but not required.
