Summary:
The Sr. Manager of Food and Beverage is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution for all food and beverage efforts for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This position will drive a customer-centric F&B consumer mindset and maintain relationships with both internal and external F&B stakeholders. This individual will work cross departmentally to achieve organizational goals and will assist the team in strategic initiatives and new partnerships. This role will also assist in the planning and coordination of food and beverage elements for the Miami Open tennis tournament.
Location:
This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various departments to meet organizational goals pertaining to all F&B initiatives for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
Lead for all corporate partner hospitality and private client spaces and activations.
Analyze and identify financial opportunities including cost controls, productivity levels, and revenue generation.
Identify consumer trends and implement new ideas/products.
Accountable for the relationship with multiple third-party catering groups.
Assist in the day-to-day coordination and communication for all restaurant partners.
Passionate about the fan experience to ensure the highest level of service across campus.
Assist in the creation of strategic planning and the establishment of key milestones to maximize department performance.
Ensure positive communication between Food and Beverage team and several external contractors.
Assist on the F&B initiatives within the Miami Open tennis tournament footprint through the transition to the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in a food and beverage/luxury hospitality role
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven leader and detail oriented
Strong organization skills and ability to problem solve
Experience in creation and presentation of information in the form of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of both restaurant and event operations is a plus
Must be willing to work extended hours as needed
Must be a positive and flexible individual who will be willing to go above and beyond their scope as needed
