Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing sales professional to lead the sales of our modularized data centers and specialized electrical systems. They should have a technical background and be able to customize and collaborate on the project to meet the customer’s needs.

This leader will oversee a small team and will also be involved in every facet of the sales cycle. This individual will have the opportunity to reimagine and institute a streamlined sales process for the department. They will focus on both inside and outside sales as the department continues to grow.

 The ideal candidate should have a strong record of successfully selling in B2B markets in both inside and outside sales roles. They should have experience in both building and executing sales processes with success.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline. 

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. 

  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in new CRM. 

  • Generate new business opportunities within target account list. 

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with key customer contacts. 

  • Become a true expert in the product development needs, plans and challenges of your accounts. 

  • Help expand Crusoe’s reputation as an industry leader in the mechanical and electrical manufacturing space. 

  • Be willing to travel to connect face-to-face with your customers as appropriate. 

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to win complex deals. 

  • Over time effectively grow and lead a small sales team.

  • Innovate, develop, and execute an effective sales process for custom small, mid and large-scale mechanical and electrical products.

  • Scale team by recruiting and training new talent to perform impactful sales functions.

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven track record of meeting & exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. 

  • Experience in leading and coaching sales professionals.

  • Proven ability to build and execute improvements on sales processes. 

  • Competitive candidates will have experience in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. 

  • Unparalleled verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Firm grasp of product development and related business requirements. 

  • Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals. 

  • Demonstrated track record of quickly building a new pipeline and managing a forecast to consistently exceed quota. 

  • Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration). 

  • Experience with TAM analysis desired.

  • Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience. 

  • BS in Engineering degree strongly preferred.

Compensation Range:

Base Salary range is between $160,000 - $190,000 with on target earnings (OTE) at $220,000-$245,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
