Crumbl Cookies is Hiring a Baker Near Odessa, TX

Crumbl Cookie is a gourmet bakery with a fun, rotating weekly menu. The environment is upbeat, friendly, and fast paced!

We are searching for skilled, creative Bakers who strive to provide excellent baked items and service in an efficient, professional manner. The Baker will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.

The Baker will also greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Bakers will have flexible hours and can work as little as 16 hours a week and up to 40 hours a week. More information will be given after applying. Available hours currently range from 11am - 5pm Monday - Saturday

Weekend availability is mandatory
