We are looking for bakers that can meet production goals and adjust as the needs of the business shifts.

Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Produce 6-10 doughs daily along with preparing all frostings, and toppings.
• Reading and understanding recipes.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies.
• Decorating and displaying finished product.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
• Reporting to the manager on daily operations and ensuring customer service and product quality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pay is made up and base pay and a lucrative tip pool.
• Must be available for our opening shift starting at 5am.
• Run Shifts correctly and efficiently
• Maintain The Crumbl Way, Customer Service, and Cleanliness Standards.
• Be coachable. Understand metrics and hit them. Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
• Basic math
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour (base tips)
