Our team is comprised of skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations.Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Basement and Foundation Repair Manager to join our team in Pelham, AL. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of profit and loss management, and expertise in the basement and foundation repair industry. The primary responsibilities of this role will include overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the basement and foundation repair industry.
  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for assigned projects, monitoring expenses and revenue to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technologies to remain competitive in the market.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the basement and foundation repair industry.
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily within the Pelham and Mobile, AL areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience.
