- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align project activities with organizational goals.
- Track project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise acquisitions or integration projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
