This position also requires great analytical thinking abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Setting up and installing new MFPs, printers, and document management software. This may include the delivery of equipment to the customer location.
- Providing routine service and maintenance to MFPs and printers.
- Troubleshooting and repairing MFPs and printers.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of printing and scanning issues.
- Providing demonstrations and customer training.
- Managing stock of parts and supplies used in maintenance and repair.
- Providing excellent customer support and service.
- Managing schedules and customer emergencies.
- Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
- Be available to attend manufacturer training as required. This may involve online training or travel to the manufacturer’s training location.
- A and Net certification is required within 6 months of hire.
- A professional appearance is a must.
- Must have a clean driving record, the ability to travel to customer sites, and work independently.
