The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

  • Manage customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and leadership teams to enhance customer/user experiences and brand awareness.
  • Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives as well as inform customers about new product features and functionalities.
  • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to problem-solve and maintain positive experiences.
  • Define and drive the strategic channel roadmap for targeted and personalized communications that deliver on marketing objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Direct key opportunities related to customer data acquisition, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to feed in-market optimizations based on channel engagement and performance benchmarking.
  • Make decisions regarding implementing and utilizing new strategies and platforms according to current industry trends and new CRM technologies

Required Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or in a related field preferred.
  • At least 6 years' experience in customer experience and/or CRM
  • Able to communicate goals and KPIs to marketers and non-marketers
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud in-depth knowledge
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including vendor management and small-scale project management
  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
  • Experience with customer profiling, segmentation, and valuation
  • Proven track record of managing CRM & driving automation
  • Lifecycle Marketing Experience preferred
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success leveraging guest data and qualitative research insights to drive strategy
  • Ability to act as a change agent and lead strategic thinking across organization
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Executive presence and communication/presentation skills
