As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Experience Associate (CXA) to join our team.
Position Summary
As a Customer Experience Associate (CXA) at The Wild Collective, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls and emails, assisting our CEO with customer relations, and warmly greeting and assisting clients at our location. You will be the face and voice of our company, embodying our commitment to excellent customer service and positive interactions. The CXA reports directly to our COO, Courtnee Martin.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with our CEO & COO to maintain strong customer relationships and address escalated matters.
- Coordinate customer orders and shipments with our shipping department, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front office area, greeting and assisting clients who visit our location.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing The Wild Collective's values and commitment to wellness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Enthusiastic about holistic wellness and alternative health products.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Shopify, Pipedrive, and Google Drive is a plus.
