Summary: This short-term position spans 3 to 6 months, potentially leading to a permanent position. You will leverage technology to provide information and administrative support across the various operations of our U.S. Finance office.
The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
Provide customer service via telephone, e-mail and in person to provide financial information and resolve issues abiding by all internal and IRS guidelines.
Learn all communication tools including HelpScout, Google Workspace, Cisco Webex, BaseCamp, Zoom, and Workplace.
Administer Corporate Travel and Expense (T&E) credit card programs.
Assist users with inquiries regarding the Concur Expense report process and policies
Understand all payable systems in order to help staff determine the most effective payment method to meet their ministry’s need.
Understand the Corporate Financial policy related to Cash Disbursements and Purchasing.
Provide guidance to staff on reimbursable expenses under Cru’s Accountable Reimbursement Plan.
Produce computer-generated financial reports on request.
Provide administrative and analytical assistance on special projects.
Assist with training of new Corporate Card system users.
Associate Degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
