Full-Time (or Part-Time), Location: Arkansas preferred

The Kind Of Work You’ll Be Doing
2-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Kind Of Work You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Aid in executing department projects, events, and studio productions (e.g., audio/video recording, podcast production, and live/livestream events). This may include attending and working events.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials to support project activities.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Assist in technical and content research for assigned projects.
- Assist in equipment set up for events as needed
- Maintain department and inter-departmental project workflow efficiency and coordinate team members.
- Function as a production assistant for marketing projects by proofing emails and graphics, submitting assets to various agencies, handling staff requests for production assets, and working with the graphic designer as needed.
2-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
