Our Global Analytics department was newly assembled and structured in June 2023. In a short time the team has already proven to be a key differentiator; delivering industry-leading, high-value services that create measurable business impact for our clients.
As a team with various different capabilities, Global Analytics services approximately 40 different clients. As a Lead Analyst, this role will have the opportunity to work with our largest clients at varying altitudes; managing the relationship, guiding the vision and roadmap for our clients to evolve the way they analyze and leverage data to deliver outcomes.
In fulfilling the responsibilities outlined below, the role will consult with our clients, and simultaneously with our internal cross departmental teams.
Client communications: You will be the main point of contact for our clients in relation to all things analytics. This requires a keen ability to distill complex concepts and connect the dots between analytics products (testing, analysis, data infrastructure, reporting, etc.) and how brands or channel teams use these solutions
Measurement frameworks and roadmaps: Develop a clear plan for how our clients should measure success based on business objectives, data availability, media strategy, and measurement methodologies
Develop a plan for clients to achieve measurement and analytics maturity: Build analytics and measurement roadmaps that closely align with client’s business objectives. This includes identifying opportunities to evolve their approach to media measurement and cultivating credibility and trust within complex organizations in order to gain buy-in for our proposed solutions.
5-8 years of experience working in marketing analytics preferably within agencies and directly with clients
Keen ability to interrogate, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in working with all types of data including but not limited to web analytics (GA/GA4), media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), customer (CRM, Salesforce), Amazon, and more.
Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform
Familiarity with 1P data, Salesforce, CDPs a plus
Familiarity with SQL and Python/R a plus
You’re an exceptional communicator. You can edit and refine even the most complex ideas and descriptions, and produce exactly the messages and narratives that work for your audience and stakeholders. You’re comfortable translating concepts and learnings into presentable stories.
Experience working with digital advertising teams, adtech and analytics (both technically and conceptually). You can hold technical conversations in depth with developers, engineers and data scientists.
Experience with brand measurement solutions such as brand lift studies, brand tracking, and working with partners such as Kantar, Nielsen, YouGov, etc.
Experience with creative measurement and testing
You have a deep understanding of testing methodologies such as incrementality, geo-split, A/B and have the ability to advise when and how clients should test based on question and hypothesis.
You’re comfortable speaking to senior level stakeholders (VP, C-level)
You’re a problem solver. You have a strong ability to dissect ambiguous challenges and can confidently ask the right questions to land at a proposed solution.

Salary Range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year (DOE).
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on; among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
