Your duties will also include advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management.Major responsibilities- Work with contacts in Accounting and Operations to support business plans- Power monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required- Amass and monitor forecasting reports- Monitor monthly and quarterly performance by comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources effectively- Maintain weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting- Create effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and recommendation support- Oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process by working with Accounting- Assess potential risks and opportunities and research performance- Perform extensive research on the underlying internal and external drivers that are affecting performance and trending- Function next to senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization- Flexible individual that feels comfortable operating under high expectations while dealing with a large amount of information
