CWS is currently looking for reliable Customer Service Representative to fill an immediate opening in Eagle Pass, Tx. Interested candidates should have at least 1 year of previous experience in the transportation/logistic industry and be able to manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply the policies of the company
• Collaborate with management to create loads for the warehouse team.
• Fill documents with customer specifications.
• Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers.
• Make customer reports
• Issues report to customer (pictures, video, etc)
• Dispatch
• Load entries
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar job.
• Bilingual
• Excellent presentation
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow systems and procedures consistently
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, PC.
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service and strong communication and interpersonal skills (both listening and speaking)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up, etc).
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency, ability to prioritize with an emphasis on quality of work.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Pay: $10.50 per hour
