Job Overview:
Crosby Roofing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Great communication skills are needed.
**BiLingual in English and Spanish will earn $10,000 per year more than advertised pay.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, assisting project manager, running material to and from jobsites, ensureing jobsites are cleaned, communicating with clients and Crosby Roofing Team.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to office and client.
- Support the project manager in resolving issues and completing goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
