Responsibilities

We are seeking a mission-focused Senior Data Analyst to support and contribute to our government customer’s success in Herndon, Virginia!

***ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED***

This position supports a program dedicated to delivering enterprise computing engineering services with modern technology solutions that function seamlessly on both customer premises and remote Cloud services. 

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be working with customers in the field through providing enterprise data analysis services regarding performance and outages.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies

• A current TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. 
• A minimum of eleven (11) years of experience.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Significant experience in the following areas:
• Experience working with IT enterprise data to determine issues
• Experience with data analytic tools to create custom queries, visualizations, and dashboards
• Determining key performance indicators (KPIs) for systems and applications
• Working with various cloud and on premises system configurations
• Working within various ticketing systems to track work and log potential threats and issues (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)

Preferred Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies

• Strong background with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Ability to interpret, modify, and create scripts using Python or Shell.
• Splunk certification (e.g., Splunk Core Certified, Splunk Enterprise Certified, etc.)

Security Clearance Level

• TS/SCI with Polygraph (current)

Certification

• Splunk certification (e.g., Splunk Core Certified, Splunk Enterprise Certified, etc.) preferred

Work Schedule

• Full-time on-site at designated facility.
