Job Description:

Responsible for verification, storage, review and analysis of performance and health data collections for a large, Cloud-based, Enterprise Cross Domain Service (ECDS) system.
Recommend and define additional metrics and event correlations to improve situational awareness of systems in the environment.
Model metric flow architectures.
Determine trends and post-deployment long tail impacts.
Identify anomalous data segments and assist in determining cause.
Recommend and implement changes to the systems or networks to ensure reliable service to the customer.
Recommend and implement changes to hardware and software configurations, across a system or network to maximize performance and reporting.
Active TS/SCI, CI Polygraph.
Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or University with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Experience may be used, in lieu of degree.
6 years of experience designing and developing a mix of Enterprise-level database systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
