CRH is Hiring a Sr Manager, LOB Supply Chain Near Philadelphia, PA

Job Description

The Supplier Innovation & Culinary integration Catalog Manager is responsible for managing our field facing Master Product Catalog. This position requires someone who can work independently, is a self-starter, able to respond in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. The ideal individual must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining full attention to details and priorities.

The Catalog Manager responsibilities include responding timely to field and distributor generated request related to catalog issues. They coordinate between distributors, Aramark relationship owners, and other Aramark functional teams to ensure that the catalogs have Aramark’s specified products available for purchase. This position interacts with many internal stakeholders so developing relationship with key stakeholders is essential.

Excellent time management skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills are required. Superior customer service experience is needed to interact with suppliers and Aramark field personnel while maintaining a positive image to all Aramark stakeholders at all times.

This position is based in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage proprietary catalogs for all LOBs across the enterprise based on cost savings, menu plans, and client needs.
  • Transition spend of major product categories to strategic vendor partners to provide productivity to the organization.
  • Educate Sysco Account Managers and Aramark field users on best practices in using our P2P ordering system.
  • Analyze the ability to stock products in operating companies across the country based on historical purchase data and anticipated volumes.
  • Manage catalogs to aid in the successes of our responsible souring commitments.
  • Provide weekly report on progress of all Compliance work.
  • Review purchase requests outside of the approved catalog, making denials or approvals based on value to the enterprise, nutritional’s, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the culinary department, the field, internal SCM and suppliers to gather information about menu needs and ingredient information.
  • Direct interaction with field operations personnel to collectively solve catalog issues
  • Participates in the organization and facilitation of trainings, Webex, and conference calls
  • Executes administrative tasks in the MDG system
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.

Qualifications

  • Computer skills: Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Sourcing, and procurement tools a plus.
  • Experience with EDI a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have initiative and decision-making skills with the ability to determine the correct action or approach.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.
  • Aramark or equivalent field operations experience a plus
