Responsibilities include:
Serve as functional analyst/subject matter expert for new implementations and rollouts
Gather and assess key client requirements and assist with translation into optimal solutions leveraging capabilities within Oracle Cloud
Perform functionality gap analysis and solution design
Present Oracle Cloud capabilities to clients to leverage relevant functionality and features
Redesign business processes
Develop functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
Drive data conversion strategies and support data conversion execution
Configure application modules
Demonstrate application functionality
Develop test plans/scripts and manage system testing
Assess production readiness
Create, deliver, and manage user training
Production support after go-live
Job Requirements
Functional professional with ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) as a team member or team lead on at least 2 full cycle implementations
Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud project.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing some combination of Oracle SCM modules including:
Supply Chain Planning
Inventory
Manufacturing
Order Management
Product Lifecycle Management
Product Hub
Procurement (including Self Service Procurement)
Inventory Costing
Hands on Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least these modules
Order Management
Procurement
Demonstrated experience as a consulting resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
Cloud Certified in Oracle SCM modules is preferred
Certifications such as CSCP / CPM preferred
Experience working in onsite-offshore model
Demonstrated success in executing or substantially contributing to Oracle Applications implementation
Participation in improvement projects with defined business impact
Very strong verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with executive staff
Strong written communications skills
