**SUMMARY**
The Customer Service Representative is a key component in the success of our Company. A skilled representative has a complete knowledge of product and services and is able to guide the customer through the order process, contribute to customer growth and retention, and handle any disputes in a professional manner.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
* Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
* Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
* Become a product expert and understand each customers needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Bi-lingual Spanish required.
* High school diploma, or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
* Leadership and organizational abilities
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* Problem-solving attitude
