Member Duties : VISTA is key in the planning and execution of all CCA fundraising events. These include a 5K, an annual soiree and President’s Circle donor cultivation events. The role includes coordinating logistics with venues and vendors. VISTA will document processes and procedures around our events (where none exist) and devise new methods, ensuring these events are replicable and sustainable, with the goal of expanding our top of mind presence in target markets and with supporters. VISTA will compile and analyze past silent auction data as a guide to find new donors and determine how to expand the capacity of current ones. VISTA will creatively secure new and appealing silent auction packages to increase money raised. Working with staff members, board members and community partners, VISTA will create a database of potential in-kind donors for our annual soiree and aid in the transition to a new auction platform.
