Used Car Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced Used Car Manager that's great with customer service, inventory, buying vehicles and managing a team of experienced sales people. Must be a team player and have the ability to work with our new car dept. as well as our service dept. to acquire inventory.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process

• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network

• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

• Buy inventory from multiple sources ( auction, lease returns, off the street buys)

• Effective communicator 

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience

• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

• Clean driving record
