We are hiring Part Time RNs as Nurse Supervisors who will be responsible for meeting the needs of the residents and to attain/maintain the optimal level of resident functional ability and independence . We currently have openings for the Day, PM and NOC Shifts at Crest View Lutheran Home. Crest View offers a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care in our faith-based Crest View Senior Communities. Crest View is currently offering a Sign on Bonus for any New Nursing Staff paid out in the first 6 months of your employment.

Job Qualifications:

• Have a RN license according to the State of MN Board of Nursing
• Must be CPR Certified
• Strength and mobility to lift weight over 25 lbs
• Be able to document and maintain health records required and to observe physical conditions of residents
• Previous MDS or Wound Care experience preferred but we would be willing to train.
