Crest View Senior Communities is Hiring a Social Services Assistant Near Columbia, MN
Crest View Senior Communities is a faith-based not for profit organization looking for positive and compassionate Social Services Assistant to serve older adults in our 106-bed skilled nursing community in Columbia Heights. This position is part time at 15-20 hours a week.
Duties include:
- Preparing paperwork for admissions and discharges including setting up of services.
- Scheduling care conferences
- Communication with residents and resident contacts
- Computer and medical terminology knowledge desirable.
