The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Manager to successfully run the daily operations of the SOUTH PARK and HAVEN locations. In this role, you will oversee all food and beverage operations by leading and delegating within a Lead support team. You’ll build, train, coach, and supervise an exceptional team of baristas, cooks and shift leads. You’ll collaborate with the Management team to define and execute the business strategy and financial targets. You’ll help create a values-driven team environment that brings out the best in your team. Most importantly, you’ll ensure that our team goes above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome and included.
You are the ideal candidate if you have management experience in the service industry, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for food, beverage and hospitality. At Communal, you will have the opportunity to partner with ownership to scale operations, expand the brand, and build a team that is collaborative and connected.

Position Details:
This is a full-time, exempt position. The pay for this position ranges between $67,808-70k depending on experience. Benefits include 40 hour annual sick time, 40 hours annual PTO (after 90 days), Health Benefit plan (after 60 days) and 3% matching retirement (after one year). Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) San Diego County.
