PrimaryObjective of Special Amenities Supervisor Position

To supervise the daily operations of the Special Amenities Department which includes all food and beverage operations within in the hotel; breakfast, room service, pool service, special amenities, mini-bars and events.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee staff and operations, ensure consistency and quality of product and service.- Demonstrates leadership, initiative, pro-activity. Looks for ways to improve operations. 
  • Guest Service - anticipates and responds promptly to guest needs, and ensures their complete satisfaction. Handles guest issues expertly. 
  • Communicate and coordinate within the team, and other departments of the hotel. 
  • Support the entire hotel and organization, goals and values. 
  • Reliability- excellent attendance, punctuality, and efficiency, with strong attention to detail 
  • Safety and Security - follows and helps ensure safety procedures are used. 
  • Perform all duties as deemed necessaryfor the success of the department.
  • Follow proper guidelines on FoodSafety.

Physical Demands & Work Environment 

While performing the duties of this Job, the employeeis regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell.The employee is frequently required to climbor balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and must frequently lift and/ormove up to 25 pounds. The employee must also be able to go up and down a flightof stairs while carrying up to 25 pounds. The employee may be frequentlyexposed to outside weather conditions.The noise is usually moderate to loud.
