The Opportunity:

We are hiring a full time/part time Retail / Event Associate at our San Diego and Oceanside locations to help manage day to day operations, serve as a product expert and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:.

• Models standards of excellence in customer service through direct interaction and handling customer complaints and issues.
• Receives and stocks new product
• Maintains standards of cleanliness, stocking floor and keeping back stock organized.
• Assists merchandising team with new product & shop display.
• 1-2 years experience coordinating corporate events, conferences, or large meetings
• Proven ability to manage event logistics end-to-end, including vendor relations and day-of execution
• Experience overseeing event registration, attendee check-in/check-out, and onsite troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service orientation with ability to assist attendees and solve problems
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution per client specifications
• Resourceful problem-solver able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 years experience in floral work and/or retail preferred
• A strong background and emphasis on customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale system(s).
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds above your head.
• Job requires long hours on your feet.
