Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the organization, specializing in home additions, pools, and outdoor living
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

Skills:

- Experience in home building, residential remodeling, pool construction, or outdoor living are required.
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as proedge or buildertrend
- Excellent data analysis skills to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and homeowners
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
