CreditAssociates, a leading direct-to-consumer financial services company based in Plano, TX, is seeking a Revenue Compliance Manager to join its team. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring each company’s revenue and accounts receivable are tracked properly, collected, and recorded in a timely manner. Primary focus is oversight of success fees, the company’s primary revenue source. This position requires strong leadership skills with supervisory experience as they will work with a team of specialists to carry out revenue compliance duties. These duties include ensuring the fees are scheduled, valid and dates are accurate as well as overseeing and researching testing requests from external auditors and the internal Accounting Department. Additionally, the position would be involved in creating and revising policies that affect the management of the company’s revenue and accounts receivable and in monitoring the success of collection efforts.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the company complies with the Revenue recognition model per ASC 606.
· Lead a team of specialists to execute daily functions.
· Perform account reconciliations throughout the month.
· Liaison for success fee external audit testing requests.
· Review and update documentation of standard operating procedures and policies and procedures.
· Track and monitor accounts receivable.
· Investigate irregularities as they occur.
· Give feedback to other departments regarding the optimization of success fees.
· Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting with knowledge of Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
· Knowledge of GAAP, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
· Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.
· Minimum 2 years leadership experience.
· CPA is a plus.
