Creative Kids Behavioral Consulting is a small, BCBA-owned company that provides ABA services to people with autism and other developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. We're committed to improving our clients’ independence with social communication and behavior, using trauma-informed care to treat people as wholes, rather than treating just their symptoms. We use our learners' motivators rather than physical prompting for compliance and cooperation. We provide high quality services by keeping caseloads low and access to BCBA supervisors high so staff and families receive the high-quality attention they deserve.

Creative Kids Behavioral Consulting is looking for a part-time RBT for our in-home learners. RBT's must be available 12:00 PM until 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday in order to serve families with school-aged learners. Because this is a position for in-home ABA, candidates must be able to exhibit professionalism with families and demonstrate independent problem-solving skills. Current RBT certification is required as a minimum, and hourly pay is reliant on experience and education. Also accepting BCaBA's/QASPS's or BCBA's who enjoy some direct work with learners (send inquiry for pay rates).
