Senior Financial Analyst Duties:

• Partner with stakeholders, providing financial and analytical expertise on account profitability, pricing strategy, forecasting, and modeling for clients, new business and M&A activity
• Review, analyze, and make recommendations using KPI trends (micro and macro) to influence marginal contribution and EBITDA with a focus on continued operational productivity, investment, and growth
• Support cross functional operating teams as the financial business partner providing feedback based on data with emphasis on problem solving and efficiency
• Lead and consult on strategic initiatives including land and expand strategy, new business line assessment, international expansion, SaaS offerings and growth driver capabilities
• Participate in contract negotiations, new business proposals and scope renewals, providing creative approaches to meet Company goals
• Leverage technology (including assist in budgeting and forecasting system implementation- Netsuite) and enhance automation of financial processes and reporting of data for efficiency and ability to scale
• Assume responsibility for other special projects as assigned

Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related
• 3-7 years of accounting or finance experience, or combination of the two
• Service industry experience such as marketing or advertising a plus
• Advanced Excel, Netsuite strongly preferred
• Big 4 or Top 25 audit experience
