Marketing / HR Specialist Up to $60k Base

My client, a growing construction industry organization, is seeking a Marketing / HR Specialist. Family friendly and laid-back atmosphere where you can wear jeans every day. Work / life balance. M-F 7 am-4 pm. 100% paid health insurance for employees. Permanent direct hire. Up to $60k Base. Located onsite in Northwest Nashville. Must have social media marketing experience.

Overview of the Marketing / HR Specialist:

• Assist with execution of overall brand strategy by using analytics, creativity, and strategic thinking.
• Oversee engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee yearly company community event.
• Assist with human resources issues including OSHA and Worker Comp.
• Assist with marketing projects.
• Assist with light accounting.

Preferred Qualifications of the Marketing / HR Specialist:

• Social Media Marketing experience
• Knowledge of HR laws
• Ability to work onsite M-F 7-4 in Northwest Nashville
