Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Customer Care Specialists to work in our West End facility in Nashville TN. The work schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday day shift hours and occasional weekend shifts. The duties of this job include welcoming donors, performing donor registration, calling potential donors, and prepare and maintain donor records. The pay for this position is $18/hour.
