Primary Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

  • Manage monthly bank transactions
  • Reconcile cash, book in-depth consolidation entries
  • Assist with month end close
  • Assist with internal audit
  • Serve as a client liaison, requiring occasional domestic and Canadian travel to visit clients

Preferred Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree required, CPA is a plus
  • Public accounting experience required
  • Experience with consolidations and/or mergers and acquisitions is a plus
