• CFS of New York is working with a prominent non-profit organization that is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team (operating on a hybrid schedule)

Responsibilities of the FP&A Director:

• Working with Program directors on budgets and providing analysis on financial health
• supervising a team of 2 overseeing monthly, quarterly, annual reports
• Internal and External reporting responsibilities including budget vs. actual, grant reporting, board deck preparation, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Budget development, budget modifications
• Review and monitor all funding sources along with operating / non-operating expenditures.

Experience Preferred of the FP&A Director:

• 5 years of FP&A Experience in a nonprofit or for-profit environment
• Ability to work independently, detail oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills
