As the Controller of a dual-entity company, you'll be at the helm of financial management, reporting, and executing strategic initiatives across both entities. OVERVIEW OF THE CONTROLLER ROLE:

• Oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for two entities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
