Responsibilities for the AR/Billing Specialist
- Posting Accounts Receivable and light collections.
- Generate billing to create invoices for each individual client.
- Scanning of documents into the accounting system.
- Update Excel spreadsheets and distribute accounts payable mail for coding.
Preferred Experience for the AR/Billing Specialist:
- Proven general accounting experience ( 1 - 2 years)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and various functions to produce accurate reporting
