AP CLERK
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
- CFS has partnered with a local real estate company that is looking for an AP Clerk

OVERVIEW OF THE AP CLERK ROLE:
- Perform accurate data entry of invoice details into the financial system.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Scan and electronically file paper invoices for record-keeping purposes.
- Allocate invoices to the appropriate property or department with precision.
- Engage in occasional communication with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
- Perform general clerical duties as needed to support the Accounts Payable function.
- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP CLERK ROLE:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
