Creamer Physical Therapy is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near La Jolla, CA

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or providing medical administrative support is preferred
- Proficiency in using medical software systems such as WebPT
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
