Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities to expand our current business base. The successful candidate will engage in various activities such as market research, lead generation, networking, presenting, and relationship development to drive our mission forward. Additionally, the role involves adding value and maintaining the high standards of service that CRDN is known for. A key expectation for this role is to achieve measurable results that significantly impact our business base and revenue goals through effective grassroots methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and secure growth opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients.
  • Generate leads and build a robust network through effective networking and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with policyholders, insurance representatives, and contractors to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships.
  • Implement value-added services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals within a designated timeframe, contributing to CRDN's overall success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline is preferred, though equivalent work experience in a revenue-generating role is acceptable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the restoration or construction industry is highly regarded.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships.
