Qualities we are looking for include the following:

• Sales experience in crawl spaces, foundation repair, and attic insulation is preferred but not required.
• Must be ambitious and results-oriented.
• Ability to network and provide self-generated leads but many leads come from our marketing programs.
• Working experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iPads, and smartphones.
• A driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Must be able to access and fit tight crawl spaces.

Compensation and Benefits:

$70,000-$100,000 and up
