Brief Job Description

Managing incoming calls and emails for corporate location and several franchise locations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and emails.
• Setting sales appointments.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Fielding inbound calls.

Other Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Document accurate, valid, and complete information by using proven methods and tools.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support and/or sales experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Track record of over-achieving quotas.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High school degree.

• Job Type: Part-time 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm
• $15 per hour
• Weekly commission based on performance
