Customer Service Representative - Onsite in Longwood, FL

Salary : $18-$21 / hour benefits

Location : Longwood, Florida office (Not Remote).

Summary :

Our client is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned small business, providing federal agencies with Janitorial and Sanitation supplies at discounted prices.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with Sales Support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong desire to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, this role will also involve providing sales support to our sales team.

Job Duties :

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, and provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare orders received via phone / email or EDI and enter data into the order processing system. Place orders either manually or via EDI.

Place orders using vendor online sites.

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales support, including generating quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell additional offerings to customers and to support our sales teams effort.
• Recommend improvements and uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers.
• Additional duties assigned, as necessary.

Requirements

• 5 years of demonstrated success as a Customer Service Agent
• Experience in basic accounting AP / AR / invoices / Purchase orders
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system or Online ordering systems
• Experience handling calls with clients, using internet / email to communication with customers
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

• Position has fixed hours, M-F 8am - 5pm
