Production Manager
Key position as the Production Manager, where you will oversee the operations, including Molding, Finishing, Assembly, and Inventory Management.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, technical field, or business management.
· Molding experience is a MUST!
· Demonstrate experience in process improvements with a passion for efficiency.
· Combine formal training and experience in lean practices, operations management, and business acumen.
· Possess strong leadership and organizational skills with a dynamic approach.
· Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
