WeatherBarr Windows and Doors of Fort Smith, AR is looking to hire a full-time Scheduling Coordinator/Customer Service Representative (CSR) .

The starting wage for this position will be depending on experience. You would be eligible for full-time benefits , including medical, vision, and dental insurance, vacation time, holiday pay, short-term disability, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more .
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (one hour unpaid break). Overtime as needed.
JOB DUTIES
As a Scheduling Coordinator/Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the critical link between our internal and external customers. You are on the front line with our customers and the connection to our production team. Your warm, friendly, and helpful demeanor comes through in all your interactions--whether by phone or email. You patiently answer questions and assist customers with issues. With accuracy, you process orders into our ERP system. Your good communication skills, working knowledge of products, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills help you ensure that customer needs are met with a high degree of professionalism. You carefully maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions.
With a concern for making things better for everyone, you also assist with identifying, developing, and implementing processes to support internal and external customer satisfaction. As a people person, you enjoy building strong relationships with our valued customers!
