Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with project planning and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential customers and existing clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with DocuSign and Google Suite is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in data entry, clerical work, or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
