Craft Culinary Concepts
Job Functions:
Have a complete understanding of Craft Culinary Concepts. Runner must know the proper way of stocking and rotating of items to maximize product quality, and the best utilization of available space. The Runner will assist with general cleaning of the facility and move products from one location to another manually or with equipment. The Runner must be able to work with other individuals who have a variety of experience and knowledge and must be able to effectively communicate with peers, leaders, and guests to achieve exceptional results. Have a cheerful, positive manner while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
Position Overview:
Runner: Must be able to work with minimal supervision and work as part of a team. The Runner is responsible for ensuring the product is properly rotated and stocked. The Runner responsibility is to accurately deliver the food to the guest. When communicating speak clearly and loudly. Attention to detail, follows instructions, responds to management direction; take responsibility for own actions. The Runner will also assist with maintaining the facility including but not limited to cleaning concession stand/portables and associated equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); 100% standing at work, work near moving parts; extreme hot/cold (non-weather)
