Craft Culinary Concepts is Hiring a Dishwasher - STATE FARM STADIUM Near Glendale, AZ
Position Overview: The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitation of the general kitchen area which includes but is not limited to kitchen equipment, small wares, glasses, and utensils. Essential Job Functions: The Dishwasher is responsible for usually working after events to wash pots, pans, silverware and other tools used in the kitchen with a commercial dishwasher or by hand. The Dishwasher is also responsible for informing supervisors of product levels for normal use in the function described. The Dishwasher must maintain an organized immediate work area, as well as assist with cleaning and organization throughout the kitchen during and after events. This includes, but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and the storing of clean dishes in the proper area. The Dishwasher may be involved in some basic food preparation tasks as needs dictate. Requirements
Must be at least 16* years old
Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked
Must be able to understand and follow specific instructions for assigned function
Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled will consider prior experience in food industry
Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check and math assessment involving all US monetary units
Must be able to work with a group as well as independently
Must be able to work in a fast-paced high stress environment
6 months experience in high volume kitchen setting
Other Skills/Abilities
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and be on feet for several hours
Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in wet floor conditions, extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
